Shipping Policy

1. Shipping within United Kingdom

We offer FREE standard delivery throughout the UK (some postcode restrictions may apply depending on the type of product, please check product pages to see if restrictions apply) via a third party courier service. Delivery times may vary based on your location, the time/date in which the order was placed, weather conditions and various other factors.

  • All XR Living products will be shipped FREE of charge.
  • Shipping time applies from the date of dispatch, not from the date of purchase. If your item is for pre-order, we will let you know when the item is ready to ship.
  • Please note we do NOT offer or guarantee next day delivery. We aim to pack and dispatch your order ASAP, however delivery times will depend on the type of product and date/time of purchase. More details can be found on the relevant product page.
  • For Yodel: Please allow 3-4 working days for your order to be delivered from the date of dispatch. This service is generally for smaller 1-MAN items such as chairs and desks.
  • For BJS Home Delivery: Please allow 5-7 working days for your order to be delivered from the date of dispatch. This is for larger 2-MAN items such as beds. You must confirm your delivery date with the carrier directly through their online tracking portal in order to release the item.
  • If your item is for pre-order, dispatch and delivery times will apply from the date of product release as stated on the product page at the time of purchasing.
  • Our third party courier services are provided on a Monday-Friday basis, and a signature will be required upon delivery. It is at the courier's discretion if they wish to attempt weekend delivery, and therefore we cannot account for this.
  • For National Bank Holidays, please allow an additional day for your order to be processed due to staff availability.
  • Multi-item orders or bundles may be shipped separately, and are not guaranteed to be delivered at the same time, or by the same carrier.
  • Multi-box items will be dispatched together, however at times, the courier may split consignments at their sorting depots. If you do not receive all parcels together, you can usually expect the missing parcels within 1-2 working days from the first delivery. Please refrain from contacting XR Living or the courier until this delivery window has taken place.
  • Please note, your item arrives in packaging that reveals what's inside and cannot be hidden. If this is a gift, please consider shipping to a different address.

2. Shipping outside of the United Kingdom

Unfortunately, XR Living does not currently ship internationally. However, our products are available globally through various international retailers and partnerships. A full list can be found here.

Please note, we do NOT accept orders with delivery to 'virtual addresses' or third party global couriers for international shipment.


3. WHAT IS OUR RETURNS POLICY?

Ordered the wrong product? Or not fully satisfied with your purchase? Please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

  • XR Living accepts returns within 30 days of delivery for standard shipping items.
  • Customers MUST contact XR Living and be issued with a return authorisation number (RMA) before a return is attempted. XR Living will not accept or be held responsible for any unsolicited returns.
  • Your order must be inspected for item defects upon delivery, and reported immediately to Customer Service using our UK support form before use
  • Replacement parts will be offered where possible, if accepted by the customer.
  • Unless the item is defective, the customer is solely responsible for all shipping and restocking fees associated with returns.
  • A proof of postage (at no extra cost to you) including tracking information is advised for any products returned to XR Living.
  • Due to hygiene and handling reasons, we are unable to accept 'change of mind' returns for an opened, and/or used product.
  • All XR Living products are titled on the box; in the case you have received the wrong product, please do not open the packaging and contact Customer Service using our UK support form
  • All products must be returned in its original packaging and condition, without missing pieces or damage. Once the item(s) have been received, and the reason for return is verified, your refund will be credited into your account via the original payment method used.
  • This does not affect your statutory rights.

4. HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

  • Contact Customer Service between 9am-5pm (GMT) Monday-Friday to receive a RMA and shipping address.
  • Please allow up to 5 working days for your RMA to be generated, and your return to be processed.

5. WARRANTY OVERVIEW

  • All XR Living products are sold with a one year manufacturer's warranty (proof of purchase necessary) and does not cover user accidental damage or wear and tear. T&C's apply.
  • Replacement parts will be offered where possible, if accepted by the customer.
